At ViralNex, we value our relationship with our Advertisers. We strive to provide transparent billing and maintain high-quality traffic. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted, the process for requesting one, and the scenarios where refunds are not applicable.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
Advertisers have the right to request a refund of their Unspent Balance at any time. The unspent balance represents deposited funds that have not yet been consumed by active ad campaigns.
- The requested refund amount must be equal to or greater than the minimum deposit threshold ($5.00).
- Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method used for the deposit. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., expired card or closed crypto wallet), we will work with you to process the refund via an alternative mutually agreed-upon method.
- Any promotional credits, bonuses, or courtesy coupons added to your account by ViralNex are strictly non-refundable and hold no cash value.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
To protect the integrity of our network and ensure our Publishers are fairly compensated for delivering traffic, certain funds are non-refundable:
2.1. Spent Funds
Funds that have already been spent on delivered traffic (Clicks in CPC campaigns, or Impressions in CPM campaigns) are strictly non-refundable. Once traffic has been routed to your landing page or tracker, the transaction is considered final.
2.2. Violation of Terms & Fraud
If an Advertiser's account is suspended or permanently banned due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Anti-Fraud Policy, they forfeit the right to any refund. This includes, but is not limited to, campaigns containing malware, phishing, tech support scams, illegal content, or attempting to exploit network vulnerabilities.
2.3. Account Inactivity
Accounts that remain completely inactive (no logins, no campaign activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure, at which point the remaining balance may no longer be refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund of your unspent balance, please follow these steps:
- Pause or Delete all active campaigns in your Advertiser Dashboard to prevent further spending.
- Send an email to our billing department at support@viralnex.com from your registered account email address.
- Include your Account ID and the reason for the refund request.
4. Processing Time
Once a refund request is received and approved by our billing team, please allow 7 to 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. The exact timeline depends heavily on the payment gateway, banking institution, or blockchain network used for the transaction.
Processing fees imposed by payment processors or crypto networks during the refund transaction will be deducted from the final refund amount.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
We kindly ask Advertisers to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues before filing a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider. Filing an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute is considered a severe violation of our Terms of Service and will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your ViralNex account.
